Thank you for purchasing from MCSTutoring. Since I only offer digital products (custom TI-84 programs), there is no physical shipping involved. Instead, digital products are delivered via email. Please carefully review the details below regarding my digital product delivery process.

1. Digital Product Delivery

  • Instant Email Delivery: After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for your digital product. The email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Email Delivery Time: Typically, digital product delivery is immediate after payment is processed. In most cases, you will receive the download link within minutes. If, for any reason, there is a delay, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.

2. Accuracy of Email Address

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and valid email address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete email address, I am not responsible for failed delivery of your digital product.
  • Order Confirmation: Please verify that the email address you provide is correct before completing your purchase. I strongly recommend double-checking your email address for accuracy to avoid any delivery issues.

3. Email Issues and Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected delivery time, and you are sure you gave me the correct email, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email did not end up there. If you still cannot find the email, please contact me. I will promptly assist in verifying your order and ensuring you receive your download link.

4. Resending Download Links

  • The customer is responsible for keeping a copy of the download link to their purchased program. However I can try to assist you so that you may regain access to the download link of your program.
