  • Tutoring for Under 13s: In compliance with COPPA, I require verifiable parental consent to collect a student's name, age, or grade for tutoring services.
  • Third-Party Services: I use Shopify for payments, Filemonk for digital delivery, and Fathom Analytics for anonymous site tracking.

Shipping Policy

  • Digital Delivery: All products are digital TI-84 programs delivered via an email download link immediately after payment.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam folder if the link does not arrive within minutes.
  • Technical Support: If you experience issues downloading or accessing your product, contact me for assistance.

Terms of Service

  • License for Use: Purchased TI-84 programs are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the accuracy of your information.
  • Limitation of Liability: Liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the product or service in question.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of California, with jurisdiction in Orange County.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 12, 2024

  • TI-84 Programs: All sales are final on digital products. Requesting a refund or filing a dispute will immediately and permanently forfeit your "Free Updates for Life."
  • Tutoring Refunds: Unused portions of tutoring packages can be refunded within 180 days of the original purchase date via PayPal.
  • Compatibility: Please confirm you own a TI-84 Plus CE or Python model before purchasing.
