Requesting a Same-Day Math Tutoring Session

You can always text me for a last minute session, so long as you have credit on the Acuity Scheduler. Also, please remember that you can set up sessions all the way up until 4 hours before the beginning of your desired starting time.

In cases when you have fewer than 4 hours before the beginning of your session time, and assuming you are a current student with credit on the scheduler, please text me the following information:

First: Name of Student (Please include first initial of last name as I have multiple Jennifer, Mikes, Maddies, and Sarahs.)

Next: Subject/Topic

Last: Times that work along with preferred length of session

Examples of Same Day Session Requests:

Jennifer S. would like algebra tutoring for 30 minutes to prepare for her math test tomorrow. She can meet sometime between 2 to 4 or 6 to 7. Whatever works is fine. Just text me back.

Mo Y. would like some help with calculus for 60 minutes. He is available any time after 4:30. Even 30 minutes would work. Thanks.

Final Notes:

As I typically check my phone only between sessions, I might not be able to respond to your text instantly. After you text me, please give me up to 2 hours to respond.

In some cases, you might be able to have a full hour of tutoring, just divided up into 2 30-minute sessions in the afternoon. If that works for you, please indicate it in your text message.

Finally, there might only be one 30-minute session available. If you would accept a single 30-minute session, please let me know.

Again, in case of any questions, please text me.
